Small Business Accounting 2006 For-Resale Software Incentive
This promotion is open only to qualified Registered, Certified, and Gold Certified members of the Microsoft Partner Program (Partners) located in the 50 United States and District of Columbia that are authorized to sell and/or service Microsoft software. The promotion is limited to 1,000 participants. The promotional period begins on September 7, 2005 and ends June 1, 2006 (Campaign Period) or while supplies last. Employees of Microsoft, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. To be eligible to receive one copy of for-resale Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2006 software the partner must be one of the first 1,000 to become qualified as a Small Business Specialist. One copy of for-resale Microsoft Small Business Accounting 2006 will be automatically fulfilled to the first 1,000 partners who achieve the following requirements to become a Small Business Specialist:
