I have had the opportunity to hear Mark Russinovich speak twice. Both times at our semi-annual "training" events in Seattle. We call them TechReady. We snatched up Mark (www.sysinterals.com fame) a bit over a year ago (I think). Mark brings great insights into the inner workings of the Windows OS. He is frank and candid in his delivery style.
