On Monday, April 21, three new Online Technical Communities launched, including exclusive communities for ISV and Web Solution Partners, Gold Certified and Certified Partners, and MAPS subscribers. The Online Technical Communities provide free online technical support service to partners and are staffed weekdays by Microsoft support professionals to answer technical questions.
The new community offerings are:
· Exclusive Gold Certified and Certified Partners Online Technical Community
· Specialized MAPS Online Technical Community
· Dedicated ISV and Web Solution Partners Community (Service is limited to ISV competency members, as well as active subscribers of Microsoft Empower for ISVs and Microsoft Action Pack Special Edition Web Solutions Toolkit.)
These are in addition the following existing communities:
· Vista
· SBSC
· All Partner Levels
