Encryption is so Yesterday!
Check out this article at the NYT. Now if you've wondered how to crack encryption, you've probably thought that you needed a hunky server running some complex algorithm. Like the stuff they have at NSA headquarters.
Actually, its very cost effective. Per the research done at Princeton, all you need is a can of air to chill the DRAM chip and viola you can extract info. I sent an email to a buddy that works at MSR to get his thoughts on the matter. But, in essence, this is a hardware issue. =P
