 I just returned from Columbus and Daytn Ohio where our new content was received well.  I spent more time on Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 3.0 Small Business Edition than I intended.  The number of questions from the audience was amazing.  I would recommend that all those who re interested in CRM go to the following links and read up.
