Based in Las Colinas, Texas, Charles has been with Microsoft since February of 1998. He started his career at Microsoft supporting the Microsoft Exchange Platform for Fortune 1000 customers. In June of 2001, he joined the Microsoft TS2 team as it was created to replace the Direct Access Program. Charles continues to support the SMS&P Partner Channel today and enjoys working with Partners who want to grow their businesses based upon Microsoft Solutions.
