Rob has been with Microsoft for 11 years, and this is his thrid role. Rob started out as a TAM and then spent time as an Account Technology Specialist. Rob's background brings a unique perspective to our Small Business customers since he has had to not only support existing installations, but contribute to the integration of new solutions into existing infrastructures.
